How To Track Your Order

Once you select your products from 'My Medicines', the next step is to pay for the order. Once the payment is completed, you get notification about completion of your payment process. Now since you have completed placing the order, you can track the order by following simple steps.

Go to mCHEMIST and Log In to your account

Click on your Profile Icon and select 'Orders' to view the entire ordered summary.

Click on your respective Order ID to get the order details. However, you can also check the status of your order on extreme right-hand side of your Order ID.

After clicking, you can see the Order Details, and by clicking TRACK ORDER at the bottom of the page you can know the order status.

Now, you have complete transit information for your respective Order.
